Our Founder
Cassondra Hunt
Our founder wears many hats and her love for her community is the reason The Hunt’s Foundation are who we are today. Cassondra is not only the founder of The Hunt’s Foundation but she is also the founder and CEO of Hunt’s Haven, LLC, a home-health care company that serves as the mother to The Hunt’s Foundation. Being raised by her grandparents, Cassondra’s love for the elderly community extends back to her childhood and after developing Hunt’s Haven, she wanted to do more and therefore The Hunt’s Foundation was birthed.
Cassondra’s love for her community is unmatched. Cassondra serves as a mentor to young entrepreneurs and wants to inspire everyone to dream more and bigger. Seeming to already have her plate full, Cassondra still makes time to serve her community in other aspects. She was recently to the Board of Adjectors by the Mayor of Jennings. Cassondra does all these great things in the community but says her best title in the world is being a wife and mom.
Cassondra was recognized by the Zeta Phi Beta Sorority on March 24, 2019 and received the Unsung Hero Award. This award and community feedback has shown us that Cassondra is leading The Hunt’s Foundation on the right path and we will continue to the work to help make our community better and to bring community back to the community.
